• Track leads and manage customer interactions

Social Media Account Authorization

By connecting social media accounts to BrandBoost, you authorize us to access and perform actions on those accounts according to the permissions you grant. You must have the right to authorize access to each account you connect.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use BrandBoost to:

• Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Distribute spam, malware, or engage in phishing
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Circumvent usage limits or restrictions of your subscription plan
• Use automated tools to access our service without our permission

5. Your Content

License to Us

6. Billing and Subscriptions

Subscription Plans

BrandBoost offers various subscription plans with different features and limits. Plan details, pricing, and features are available on our pricing page and may change over time.

Payment

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Payments are processed securely through Paystack. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fees.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

Plan Changes

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated charges. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period.

Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. BrandBoost is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Third-Party Platforms

AI-Generated Content

Our AI features provide content suggestions and recommendations. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before publishing. We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or effectiveness of AI-generated suggestions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BrandBoost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
